PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption heat pump, generating a flow of coolant liquid, in which the coolant liquid is transferred to an evaporating part and a flow of coolant liquid, in which the coolant liquid is taken out of the evaporating part and again returned to the evaporating part and circulated using the same coolant pump to simplify the constitution. SOLUTION: This absorption heat pump includes: a condensing part C, 5A for condensing coolant steam CS to make a coolant liquid CL; the evaporating part E for evaporating the coolant liquid supplied from the condensing part under single pressure to generate coolant steam, and returning surplus coolant liquid, which is not evaporated, to the condensing part; and a coolant pressure-up means 4 for increasing the pressure of the coolant liquid condensed by the condensing part and supplying the same to the evaporating part.
