PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromanipulator for reducing electric power consumption, by accurately and quickly handling a microscopic object in a microscopic visual field. SOLUTION: This micromanipulator has a handling part 104 for gripping the microscopic object by approaching a tip part of gripping fingers, an XY driving part 101 for driving the handling part 104 in the X direction and the Y direction, aθz driving part 102 for simultaneously changing the attitude direction of the gripping fingers in the XY direction so that the gripping fingers rotate around the tip part of the gripping fingers of the handling part 104, and a Z driving part 103 for driving the handling part 104 in the Z direction. The Z driving part 103 is movably supported in the XY direction by the XY driving part 101 via theθz driving part 102, and the handling part 104 is movably supported in the Z direction by the Z driving part 103.
