PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve medicine filling performance and eliminate restrictions on installation, in a medicine feeder for infilling a medicine into a medicine bottle from a plurality of tablet cases. SOLUTION: The medicine feeder 1 for infilling the medicine into the medicine bottle V comprises: the plurality of tablet cases 9 which each house the medicine, and into which the medicine can be charged from above; a case storage part 6 wherein the respective tablet cases 9 are juxtaposed on a plane in one tier, and the top surface of which is openably/closably closed; and a filling device 28 which is provided under the case storage part 6, and which fills the medicine bottle V with the medicine falling from each of the tablet cases 9.
