<p>A hoist of an elevator, comprising a support body having an annular frame part. A rotating body rotatable about the center axis of the frame part is supported on the frame part. The rotating body comprises a sheave part installed on the radial outer side of the frame part so as to surround the frame part, an annular rotor part installed on the radial inner side of the frame part, and a bridging part fixing the sheave part to the rotor part while avoiding the frame part. A main rope is wound on the outer peripheral part of the sheave part. Also, a motor to rotate the rotating body relative to the frame part is disposed on the radial inner side of the sheave part.</p> |
