The method involves converting temperature fluctuations which occur between a buffer heat store and the atmosphere into electrical energy with the aid of a thermo-generator. The buffer is enclosed in an insulator. The voltage generator by the thermo-generator is then transformed using a switched electronic circuitry. The generator uses the buffer store to maintain difference in temperature with surrounding medium, e.g. air, a liquid or thermal radiation.
