FIELD: sugar industry in particular production of extracting liquid for diffusion apparatus. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes water filtration to remove fiber; alkalizing thereof with lime up to pH 9.5-10.0 and treatment with electrical field of alternating current with strength of 100-200 V/m for 1-2 min to form precipitate of high molecular substances.
