PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit that can send and receive content data at a short time.

SOLUTION: This information processing unit comprises content related information 14-1 for identifying each content, model information for user terminal 1 and content list storage 14 for storing model-quality correspondence information 14-3 associating the model with quality reproducible with the corresponding terminal. In addition, the unit comprises a delivery method information acquisition section 192 for acquiring model information corresponding to a delivery destination terminal desired by the user and a delivery reservation content decision section 193 that decides content whose delivery is requested based on the above content related information 14-1 and the quality of the content whose delivery is requested based on the model information acquired by the delivery method information information acquisition section 192 and the model-quality correspondence information 14-3.
