<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior article for a vehicle with an airbag door part a flap part of which can be held on a back surface side forming die in opening the die. <P>SOLUTION: The interior article 1 for the vehicle with the airbag door part is constituted of an interior article main body 3 on which the airbag door part 9 is partitioned and provided by a tear-line 5 for airbag development not reaching a surface 3a and an airbag chute 11 welded on its back surface 3b. The airbag chute 11 has a guide part 13 connected to an outer peripheral part of the airbag door part 9 and the flap parts 21, 23 connected to the guide part 13 by hinges 29, 33 and connected to the airbag door part. The flap parts 21, 23 have projected wire welding ribs 21a, 23a welded on the airbag door part 9 and formed on surface sides, the back surface formed in a flat surface and through holes 21c, 23c formed by a pin projected and provided on the back surface side forming die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
