<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sensitivity of the vibration component caused by the Coriolis force and to miniaturize the device. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrator 10 is provided with: the vibration reeds 11A, 11B generating the Coriolis forces caused by the rotation around the axis extending to the first direction Y, and extending along the first direction and vibrating to the second direction X perpendicular to the first direction; the beam 12 extending to the second direction and connected with the reed; the detection part 16 for detecting the change in the shape of the beam; the first connection part 13 extending to the first direction parallel to the reed connected with a side of the reed on the beam; the second connection part 14 extending to the first direction parallel with the read connected to other part of the connection position of the vibration reed on the beam; and the base part 15 connected with the other side of the connection part of the reeds to the beam at the first connection part and the second connection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
