<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a flat cable and electronic parts in which the electronic parts can be connected to the flat cable surely and stably, and connection position of lead of the electronic parts is safeguarded from external force such as bending stress. <P>SOLUTION: In this structure, the lead 4 of the electronic parts 3 is overlapped at a position of the flat conductor of the flat cable 1 in which an insulation cladding 2a has been applied to the flat conductor 2, and the lead and the flat conductor are connected by a connector. The connector is constituted of first and second connectors 5, 6 which are composed of rear plate parts 5a, 6a and piercing pieces 5b, 6b formed on both sides of the rear plate parts. The piercing pieces of the first connector are pierced through the flat conductor of the flat cable, bent inside on the rear side of the flat cable and caulked. The rear plate parts of the second connector are overlapped on the upper face of the rear face plate of the first connector, and the piercing pieces of the second connector are pierced through the flat cable, bent inside on the rear side of the flat cable, and caulked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
