PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of changing an access limitation according to the setting position of a thin client. SOLUTION: In the thin client connection system comprising the thin client 1 and a center-side device 2 connected to the thin client 1 through a network 3, and capable of changing the access limitation from the thin client 1 to the center-side device 2, the center-side device 1 has an operation log recording agent, and permits or refuses access of the thin client 1 based on the connecting IP address of the thin client 1.
