<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information communication system and its method for performing the transfer confirmation and discard certification of personal information from a user at the time of communicating personal information through the Internet, and for specifying the user of leakage source when the personal information is leaked. <P>SOLUTION: This personal information communication system is provided with a personal information transfer server 1 for storing personal information, an authentication station server 2 for issuing/authenticating electronic signatures based on a public key code, a user authenticating server 3 for authenticating a user, and the user personal computer 4 of a user.
