<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund raising method for operating walking relay road race by which operation fund is raised by asking local people to buy a merchandise coupon. <P>SOLUTION: The local people are asked to buy the merchandise coupon. A participant can get a box containing a merchandise coupon corresponding to a case of the participant's time falling within the participant's declaration range or a merchandise coupon corresponding to a case of the participant's time falling outside of the range on the basis of the record of time.
