METHOD FOR PREPARING COLOR CHART, AND COLOR CHART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the color of a color patch being uniform in a device color space and in a standard color space. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a color chart comprises steps of: preparing the color chart constituted of the color patch consisting of combination of a plurality of color materials used for an output device in the device color space; preparing a color area by plotting each color patch of the color chart to the standard color space; and selecting the color patch so that each color patch is uniformly distributed in the color area.
