PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized high frequency module suitable for a mobile electronic apparatus with multi-functions and high performance. SOLUTION: In the high frequency module provided with: a power amplification element 2 for amplifying a transmission signal; a matching circuit 3 for matching the output impedance of the power amplification element 2 with 50 ohms; and a directional coupling circuit 6 for monitoring output power, a pattern for the inductance L1 of the matching circuit 3 serves also as a primary side line of the directional coupling circuit 6, so that the matching circuit 6 also serves as the directional coupling circuit 6.
