PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath agent composition providing proper cool feeling after taking bath, and hardly giving irritation to the skin. SOLUTION: The bath agent composition has a concentration of menthol regulated so as to provide the cool feeling when added to bath water, and contains fine zinc oxide formulated for mitigating the skin irritation by the menthol in the bath water.
