PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance for protecting an occupant at the time of a side collision. SOLUTION: In this door 1, an outer panel 2, an inner panel 4 and a door trim 6 are arranged in this order from an outdoor side toward an indoor side. The door 1 is provided with a load transmitting part 9 provided from the outer panel 2 to the door trim 6 to move a frame part 102 of a seat cushion 101 by applying load to the frame part 102 at the time of the side collision.
