PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle front part structure capable of surely reducing the transmission of noise to a cabin by a simple structure, even when the noise is caused by a gap between a front side panel and a front panel and a gap between the front side panel and a door. SOLUTION: An internal surface of the front side panel 5 sections a front space 18 and a side space 19 in a space between the internal surface and a front surface region 8 of a front pillar 2 and in a space between the internal surface and a side surface region 9, respectively. The front space 18 and the side space 19 are communicated in a prescribed range of the vertical direction. A sound absorbing material 6 has a shielding part 23 and an extension part 24, and is arranged on the internal surface of the front side panel 5. The shielding part 23 shields the part for communicating the front space 18 with the side space 19 over the prescribed range.
