PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lightweight and easy-to-handle take-up apparatus of an unvulcanized rubber sheet material capable of efficiently cooling an unvulcanized strip-like rubber member kneaded by a mixer to keep it. SOLUTION: A truck 15 has running wheels 18 provided to its bottom part at a plurality of places, and the take-up roll 19a of a take-up liner 17 comprising an aluminum alloy and the unwinding roll 19b of the take-up liner 17 are arranged on a truck frame 19 in a rotationally drivable manner. The take-up roll 19a and the unwinding roll 19b are rotationally driven by the rotary drive motor not shown in Fig. arranged to the outside of the truck 15 to control the take-up speed and unwinding speed of the unvulcanized rubber sheet material Wa and the take-up liner 17. A temperature adjusting thermostatic tank 20 which houses the truck 15 has a temperature adjusting mechanism 21 provided to the outside of its hermetically closed chamber to control the temperature in the chamber.
