PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film for the skin of a wall finishing material which has enough adhesive properties, is excellent in resistance to bending whitening, antifouling properties, scratch resistance (abrasion resistance), designability, embossment properties, etc. , and can be heat-adhered to a substrate such as a polyvinyl chloride substrate, a non-polyvinyl chloride substrate, or a polyolefin wall finishing substrate in particular without using an organic solvent type adhesive and a wall finishing material such as wallpaper or a decorative sheet obtained by laminating the laminated film on the polyolefin resin substrate or the polyvinyl chloride resin substrate. SOLUTION: The heat-adhesive laminated film for the substrate skin is obtained by laminating the substrate and an adhesion resin layer on one side of a skin layer formed from an ionomer in which an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or a copolymer prepared by using ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylic acid as main components and the composition of them. The wall finishing material such as the wallpaper or the decorative sheet is obtained by laminating the laminated film on the polyolefin resin substrate or the polyvinyl chloride resin substrate.
