PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy specification of a printing position and also to reduce occurrence of a printing blot. SOLUTION: A protuberance 11 having a protuberant surface 11a having a peripheral shape a little larger than the sphere to which ink 12 for printing is stuck is provided on the surface 10a of a case body 10. Printing is conducted by making the ink 12 stick to the protuberant surface 11a of the protuberance 11 by silk screen printing or tampon printing. The protuberance 11 serves as a mark on the occasion of printing and thus marking-off work for specification of the printing position, manufacture of a positioning implement or the like is dispensed with. In the case when the ink 12 for printing that sticks to the protuberant surface 11a spreads out, it is stopped by the edge of the peripheral contour of the protuberant surface 11a and a wide expansion of the printing blot is prevented.
