PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless printing belt, in which a porous material for seal having open cells and used in a rotary seal, under the condition that non-slip pivoting of which including ink therein at the use as the rotary seal can be realized and the rotary seal with a constitution, in which neither a rotator nor a stem is employed, can be obtained, resulting in allowing to contrive to slim down the whole rotary seal. SOLUTION: The porous material for seal made of a porous thermoplastic resin, the front surface of which forms the flat plate-like face of a seal having mirror image characters 0-9 consisting of Arabic numerals, the letters of the alphabet or the like as ink oozing-out parts 111 and marginal portions except the mirror image characters as non-ink oozing parts 112 and the rear surface of which is reinforced by a textile or base cloth made of non-woven fabric, and the rubber member, on which erect image characters 0'-9' corresponding to the mirror image characters are protrusively formed and the rear surface of which is reinforced by the textile or base cloth made of non-woven fabric, are bound together so as to oppose the erect image characters 0'-9' of the rubber member to the mirror image characters 0-9 of the porous material for seal so as to obtain the endless printing belt for the rotary seal.
