PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction cost of an impervious wall for the partition revetment of waste reclaimed land by inserting an auxiliary insertion into a layer of an asphalt mixture in an integrated form. SOLUTION: The method comprises performing an impermeability treatment to ground 1, forming a base mound 3, constructing a revetment 5 on the mound 3 by arranging caissons 6 side by side, embedding an auxiliary insertion 19 in a packed layer 4 to be formed in the bottom of the caissons 6 in an integrated form while retaining the thickness of the impervious material, putting the auxiliary insertion in the asphalt mixture block 8a for the edge of the impermeability membrane material 8 to integrate the insertion with the asphalt mixture and inserting the auxiliary insertion into the remainder of the impervious layer between the caissons while retaining the effective thickness of the impervious material to reduce the amount of the impermeable material used but ensure the impervious performance.
