PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna for enabling a comfortable sauna bath, by urging sweating in a low temperature-high humidity atmosphere in a room, by using a characteristic of a water molecule-added negative ion. SOLUTION: A negative ion generator is connected to a sauna room 8. The negative ion generator is composed of a combination of a centrifugal force/Coriolis force generator 2 and a gas-liquid separator 4. The centrifugal force/Coriolis force generator 2 is a mechanism for performing ion dissociation treatment, activation treatment of a droplet and ionization treatment of a gas molecule, and generates the water molecule-added negative ion in the air. The gas-liquid separator 4 supplies air including a negative ion to the sauna room 8 by separating from the droplet. The inside of the sauna room 8 is kept at 35 to 50°C in the temperature, and in 70% or more in humidity, and is formed in an atmosphere of negative ion including air of 1,000 pieces/cc or more of the negative ions.
