PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly supply a foamed detergent to the entire laundry. SOLUTION: A circulation pump 51 is for pumping water out of a water tub 5 and returning it into the water tub 5, and is operated in the state that the water at a reflux water level below a target water level is stored inside the water tub 5 before starting washing processing. Thus, since the water and a detergent part are mixed by the power of a circulation flow, the foaming of the detergent part is accelerated.
