PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus, which enable to manufacture an architectural multilayer lightweight board, particularly, by a simple and inexpensive means. SOLUTION: The continuous manufacturing method of the cement-based architectural multilayer lightweight board having a core layer (2) and a cover layer (3a; 3b) arranged on at least one main surface of the core layer (2) is provided. The process comprises following processes: a step of manufacturing the core layer of ready-mixed concrete by applying the ready-mixed concrete on a first support which moves continuously, a step of manufacturing the cover layer (3b) on a second support which moves continuously to mount the previously manufactured cover layer (3b) on the core layer (2), a step of cutting the layer strip into individual boards, and a step of solidifying the boards, or drying the boards depending on the situation.
