<p>A propylene/ethylene copolymer having the following and other features. It has an excellent balance between resistance to blushing by stretching and rigidity. It has satisfactory impact resistance and improved unsusceptibility to blushing upon peeling after sticking to itself during storage, which is characteristic of flexible materials. It is reduced in the dependence of transparency on thickness. Also provided is a resin material for cosmetic sheets which comprises the copolymer, etc.</p>
