FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: bellow-type cryogenic booster comprises at least two double bellows, one driven and another pressure bellows, suction and delivery valves. Said bellows are made up of a set of plate stiff diaphragms, gas-permeable elastic membranes and movable stepped conductors. Driven bellow communicates via control valves with gas chamber of delivered fluid gasification zone. Working area of driven bellow exceeds that of bellow ganged with the former delivery bellow. Both are thermally isolated by heat-resistant gasket and rigidly jointed together by screw clamps on their outer fixed sides. In their central movable part, said bellows are separated by power plate for pressure conversion. ^ EFFECT: possibility to realised effect of pressure conversion, for example of that gas which is used to drive bellow for it to be increased in cryogenic fluid delivery line outlet to produce high and superhigh pressure. ^ 5 cl, 8 dwg |
