<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-processing equipment for LEDs which is high in luminance and can realize stable quantity of light, as well as a pre-processing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The pre-processing equipment is provided with a thermostat oven 3 to house LEDs 4 and control the ambient temperature thereof and a current control unit 1 to supply specified forward current to the LEDs 4. While the ambient temperature of the LEDs 4 is set at the specified value in the thermostat oven 3, the specified forward current is applied in the LEDs 4 for a predetermined period, thus increasing the quantity of light emitted from the LEDs 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
