<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dry cells and to reduce maintenance cost, by using an existing AC power source. <P>SOLUTION: A feeding device 1 is configured with a feeding rail 30, which has a conductor of a predetermined length, connected to the AC power source 10 via an AC-DC converting means 20. This structure enables plugs 60 of sanitary electric apparatus 50 to be arranged at arbitrary positions within the range of the length of the feeding rail 30, so that various kinds of the sanitary electric apparatus 50 can be driven with the AC power source without using the dry cells.
