<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and continuously and surely mount an interposer on an antenna formed sheet, and to use a mounting device to be used for the mounting operation continuously in a long term. <P>SOLUTION: An interposer 10 having a first non-conductive layer 11, expanded electrodes 12 and 12 and an IC chip 13 is prepared. The interposer 10 is placed on an antenna 22 of the antenna formed sheet 20 having a second non-conductive layer 21 and the antenna 22. A laser beam is emitted from the interposer 10, and the first non-conductive layer 11 in one portion 10a to be irradiated with the laser beam is heated and removed. At the same time, the extended electrodes 12 in the neighborhood of the first non-conductive layer 11 heated and removed by the irradiation of the laser beam are fused and welded and electrically connected to the antenna 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
