<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a complex type aspheric lens easy to remove from a mold and high in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: On one side of a concave lens 50a a UV curable resin necessary to form a resin layer 52 is supplied. Successively, the upper die is moved downward and the die face 413 of the core part is made to adhere to the UV curable resin to form a resin film 51. Then UV is radiated from a light source and irradiated to the resin film 51, while guiding the UV with the inner periphery face of the opening of the main body part 421 of the lower die for which a reflection preventive film 423 is formed, so that the marginal part is not irradiated thanks to the shading part 43. Without curing the UV curable resin in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the upper die, the UV curable resin is cured to form the resin layer 52. The concave lens 50a is supported by the main body part 411 of the upper die, the core part 412 is released from the resin layer 52, and then the main body part 411 is detached from the concave lens 50a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
