PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit which keeps a delay time to be constant even when a threshold voltage is varied. SOLUTION: The delay circuit comprises: a voltage supply circuit 10 for supplying a signal V1; an integration circuit 20 for outputting a signal V2 obtained by delaying a control signal from an input terminal IN according to a signal V1 to an inverter circuit 30; and the inverter circuit 30 provided with 2 stages of inverters for forming the waveform of the signal V2.
