<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable communication terminal device capable of improving convenience and safety by selecting a communication means from among a plurality of kinds of communication means depending on the whereabouts of a user and enabling the switching operation of the communication means without artificial operation, and to prepare a program. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 1 is provided with a public line module 15 for connecting a telephone to a public radio communication line network, and a premise line module 16 for connecting the telephone to a premise radio communication line network.
