<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program which have improved annotation convenience. <P>SOLUTION: When a user inputs an instruction to fix a display position of a desired annotation from an inputting part 14 and moves a cursor, a display control part 12 displays a fixed display on the designated annotation and fixes the annotation. Next, when the user inputs an instruction to release a position fixing operation of the desired annotation from the inputting part 14 and moves the cursor or clicks a mouse, the display control part 12 erases the fixed display shown on the designated annotation or moves the fixed display to a different position from the annotation to release the position fixing of the annotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
