PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for pneumatically transporting a bulk material in poor flow. SOLUTION: The metering supply of the bulk material to a vertical feeding conveyor 1 is performed by a feeder 8, and the discharge of the bulk material from the vertical feed conveyor 1 is achieved by the concurrent action of a mechanical conveyor 9 and an inflow gas. The mechanical conveyor 9 is rotated along the inside wall of the vertical feed conveyor 1 so that the discharge of the bulk material from the vertical feed conveyor 1 can be completely performed in a discharge step.
