PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless device capable of lowering a stress acting on a junction between a circuit board and a built-in antenna, and capable of preventing a break of the junction or the component of the built-in antenna itself. SOLUTION: The portable wireless device 10 comprises a case 11, the circuit board 4 arranged in the case 11, and the built-in antenna 15 mounted on the board 4 through a junction layer 9. The board 4 is positioned by a screw boss 6 provided in the case 11, and sandwiched between ribs 3a provided in the case 2 and the case 3. The built-in antenna 15 is arranged in the vicinity of the boss 6. A gap is formed between the rib 3a and the board 4 positioned in the vicinity of the screw boss 6 in the vicinity of the built-in antenna 15, and/or between the case 2 and the board 4 on the opposite side of the rib 3a against the circuit board.
