PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a printed circuit board that has a small number of components, has an extremely simple structure, can easily and reliably prevent the printed circuit board inserted into a guide rail from coming off. SOLUTION: A locking hole section 5 is punched at a location near the insertion opening of the printed circuit board of the pair of upper and lower guide rails 3. After inserting the printed circuit board 4 into the guide rail 3, a locking nib section 9 of a cap member 6 inserted from the side of the insertion opening of the printed circuit board is inserted into the locking hole section 5. The cap member 6 is formed by an insertion section 7 in which the locking nib section 9 is provided at the tip and a holding part 8 coming into contact with the edge of the insertion opening of the printed circuit board. The locking nib section 9 projects outward obliquely from the tip to the rear of the insertion section 7. After inserting the printed circuit board 4 into the guide rail 3, the cap member 6 is inserted from the insertion opening of the guide rail 3, the locking nib section 9 of the cap member 6 is inserted and locked to the locking hole section 5 of the upper and lower guide rails 3, thus preventing the printed circuit board 4 from coming off the guide rail 3.
