PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch models according to input signal attributes for simulation of an element in a circuit or a circuit block having a plurality of simulation models. SOLUTION: A circuit simulation method comprises steps of: (S101) adding model switch attributes representing precision and type necessary for signal calculation to an input signal within a circuit; (S102) adding priority switch attributes representing simulation speed and precision necessary for the elements in the circuit or the circuit blocks; (S113) switching simulation models of all the elements in the circuit or the circuit blocks to which the model switch attributes are to be inputted as the basis; (S114) generating a net list in accordance with the simulation models; and (S115) executing simulation.
