PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the traveling direction of a mobile object by inexpensive configurations regardless of the direction of the mobile object. SOLUTION: A carrier W1(one type of a mobile object) is provided with at least three information transmitters A1, information transmitter B1 and information transmitter C1. An information receiver R1 includes an antenna 30 and a questioner 31 (which is constituted of, for example, a processor and a memory or the like). The questioner 31 stores preliminarily set information for direction discrimination being the set of the identifiers of the information transmitters A1 to C1, the identifier of the mobile object and a list for direction discrimination. Thus, it is possible to discriminate whether the carrier W1 has moved to a right direction or a left direction based on the detection order of radio waves from the information transmitters A1 to C1 and the information for direction discrimination, and it is possible for a user to browse it.
