PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material hardly influenced by water and excelling not only in surface material properties such as abrasion resistance and resistance to contamination but also in particularly fall impact resistance. SOLUTION: The floor material is formed by laminating glass paper with a basis weight of 30 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more on one side of plywood through unsaturated polyester resin with a cross linking agent formed of an acrylate monomer, added to polyester having an unsaturated group in molecules, impregnating and curing polyester resin in a layer of glass paper by heat and pressure to form a composite material integrated with the plywood, and laminating a decorative layer with a surface layer having a surface protective layer formed of ionizing radiation cured resin, on the glass paper surface of the composite material through an adhesive layer.
