PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing implement support device and drawing equipment which enable drawing of a figure even when the surface of an object to be written is non-planar. SOLUTION: The writing implement support device comprising a pen supporting member is provided with a slide shaft supporting part 40 which supports the pen supporting member so that the member can be moved in the direction of a pipe 16 and the direction reverse thereto, a rotating body 10 which supports the pen supporting member so that the member can be rotated around the axis perpendicular to the above directions, springs 52, 52 which expand and contract in accordance with the rotation of the rotating body 10, and a spring 54 which expands and contracts in accordance with the movement of the pen supporting member.
