PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation and separation purifying agent of contaminated drainage which provides a significant economical effect and can reduce an environmental risk. SOLUTION: The flocculation and separation purifying agent for the contaminated drainage is configured by loading the flocculation and separation purifying agent comprising compounding a main component of 100 pts.wt., blending natural mineral mainly having anhydrous gypsum with a pulverized substance adding clinker including limestone, silica, iron oxide and clay with gypsum, and pulverized aluminum sulfate, with a fine powder of 0.5 to 15 pts.wt. including a fine powder 2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethyltrimethylammonium=chloride polymer and a fine powder acrylamide-sodium acrylic acid-acryloylaminomethylsodium propane sulfonate into the contaminated drainage to agitate, thereby purifying the contaminated drainage.
