PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special prize dealing system by which only an authorized owner can exchange special prizes for exchanging articles. SOLUTION: The special prize dealing system constituted of a special prize issuing unit 1 issuing special prizes according to a play result and a special prize exchanging unit exchanging the issued special prizes for the exchanging articles is equipped with a user operation section 24 arranged in the special prize issuing unit 1 and into which the code numbers are input, an ID tag reader writer arranged in the special prize issuing unit 1 writing code numbers input from the user operation section 24 on the issued special prizes, a user operation section arranged in the special prize exchanging unit and into which the code numbers are input, an ID tag reader arranged in the special prize exchanging unit and reading the code numbers written on the charged special prizes, and a main control section arranged in the special prize exchanging unit, comparing the code number input from the user operation section and the code number read by the ID tag reader, and controls to release the exchanging articles when the code number coincide each other.
