FIELD: mechanical engineering; power plants. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plants with internal combustion engines used to power vehicles, mainly, locomotives. Proposed power plant contains internal combustion engine, turbocompressor with suction and discharge branch pipes communicating with intake and exhaust manifolds of engine, supercharging air cooler with hot and cold spaces and cooling agent circulation circuit including series-mounted evaporator, expander, cooler, brake system compressor connected with supply main line and driven by engine and furnished with intake branch pipe with fitted in air filter. Pressure transmitter installed ion supply main line is connected with pressure regulator, and compressor drive from engine is furnished with speed governor, pressure regulator being electrically connected with speed governor. ^ EFFECT: increased useful power of internal combustion engine. ^ 1 dwg |
