FIELD: optical instrument engineering, applicable in optical systems with high requirements to purity of the working environment. ^ SUBSTANCE: the diaphragm has a system of lobes. The lobes are fastened on a movable component. The movable component is installed in a fixed cell. The diaphragm drive consists of an electric motor and a movable component. The system of lobes and the diaphragm drive are interconnected by a flexible coupling. The movable component is made in the form of a system of movable pulleys. The lobes are fastened on the upper plane of the pulleys. The axles are made on the lower plane. The axles are inserted in the holes of the fixed cell. A groove is made on the cylindrical element of each pulley. The flexible coupling is positioned in the groove. The diaphragm lobes can turn about the axes. The flexible coupling is tensioned by adjustment of the electric motor. ^ EFFECT: enhanced durability of the diaphragm and purity of the working environment due to the decrease of friction at a considerable simplification of the construction. ^ 2 dwg |
