FIELD: medicine, manual medicine, neurology, surgery, pediatrics, gerontology, therapy, traumatology, gynecology, homotoxicology, sport medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform diagnostics of affected functions of inner organs by investigating muscles of limbs in accordance to their reflector-segmental bonds with tested inner organs. For this purpose, patient's limb should be put into position when tested muscles are in the state of contraction of maximal quantity of fibers. Then, due to pressing along with patient's counteraction to this pressure one should put the muscle into the state of isometric contraction, in 1.5-2 sec the pressure upon a limb should be increased and at patient's failure to keep isometric tension one should diagnose the deterioration of the tested muscle that corresponds to affected function of the tested organ. The detected weakened muscle should be applied as an indicator to match medicinal preparations, due to applying medicinal substance upon the skin (in the site of the projection of detected weakened muscle at the first stage, or in the site of organ's projection that associates with the present muscle, or onto reflector area of this organ, or onto its signal acupuncture point) under bipolar ferrite medicinal magnet. And, at during retesting in about 2-3 sec, at restoring muscular capacity to keep isometric tension it is possible to conclude upon the necessity of the present medicinal substance for a patient.
