<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic composite sheet by taking a coating layer dried on a substrate out in a sheet state without damaging it. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the magnetic composite sheet formed of a compact which consists of powders of a soft magnetic alloy and a binding material comprises the steps of: forming a coating layer by applying a mixed slurry consisting of the powder of the soft magnetic alloy and the binding material onto the resin substrate and drying it; forming the compact on the resin substrate by heating and pressurizing the resin substrate and the coated layer; separating the compact from the resin substrate; and collecting the compact.
