<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic driver which presses a vibrator inside thereof against a driven member and also can position the vibrator with high positioning accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This driver has a vibrator 3 which generates vibration by being supplied with power, a retaining member 17 which is fixed to the vibrator 3, an energizing member 19 which energizes the vibrator in specified direction, and a supporting member 5 which supports the retaining member 17 movably in specified direction. The retaining member 17 and the supporting member 5 are equipped with positioning parts 13, 15, 23 and 27 which position, with specified accuracy, the vibrator projected on a plane which is roughly vertical to the specified direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
