<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to convert medical data into meaningful information by being summed up and analyzed, to use the summed-up and analyzed information immediately at a medical site, and to effectively use the medical data for early restoration and rehabilitation of a patient and for avoidance of medical treatment risk. <P>SOLUTION: A data reception terminal 11 receives medical data from a hospital system 20 and works medical data into data of a master system and a transaction system. A job server 12 stores data worked by the data reception terminal 11 and supplies data in accordance with requests of respective medical workers. An information conversion terminal 13 links medical data and data obtained in a medicine management guide job and obtains history information data for medicine management guide, which is connected to real data. An information server 14 stores history information data and supplies history information data in accordance with the request from a terminal that each medical worker uses.
